The apartment is in a very good, central location, just a stone's throw away from the Palermo Cathedral. Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda, with their restaurants, cafes, and shops, are just a 2 to 5-minute walk away. The famous markets are 10-20 minutes away. The apartment features a specific, elegant Sicilian design, with 3 balconies overlooking a small piazza, where it is a real pleasure to enjoy your coffee while watching the people pass by. You will find everything you need for either a short or a long stay. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning work very well. If you are traveling by car, there is free parking in front of the building with no reservation needed. However, it is harder to find a free spot in the evening after 8 PM. It is important to know that the property is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Because of this, you need to download an app and purchase an access ticket that is valid for 24 hours and costs around 5 euros. Giuseppe, the host, is very kind and will help you with any information you might need! We did not use the car to explore the city, only to go to the beach. Thank you, Giuseppe, for a wonderful stay! We will definitely choose this apartment again whenever we return to Palermo!
