    My stay was excellent until 1:30 a.m., when members of the property's team knocked on my door and repeatedly called my phone to check whether I had a guest. Waking a paying guest in the middle of the night without any emergency is completely unacceptable. I was then threatened that I could be forced to leave the apartment immediately if my guest did not leave, and was told they had the power to remove me whenever they wished. Their behaviour was intimidating, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Based on how the situation unfolded, it appeared they were simply expecting a tip. When they realized they would not receive one, they left. I have screenshots of the late-night calls and records of the incident. This experience completely overshadowed my stay. I hope Booking.com investigates this matter, as no guest should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment.
