  Incredible location, lovely rooms, delicious food and exceptional

  Stunning setting - incredible scenery all around. Simple stylish decor and very large rooms.

  Very disappointing and unpleasant

  The view.

  The place had geckos running around and was infested with ants, all of our belongings were run down by ants by the time we left. There was no hot water for the showers and the AC was not working initially, then after back and forwards with the front desk it worked, later during the night there was a powered outage at around 2:00am that lasted the rest of the night so we could not continue our sleep in the August heat. And the owner/ manger was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to handling the issue at hand, instead of being understanding he told me “ what I payed for the night barely covers the breakfast and the employees paycheques”. All in all this was a terrible experience and I would never recommend it.

  Un'oasi in mezzo al deserto, ma comunque vicino a Marrakech! Ci è piaciuta molto la camera spaziosa e il suo balconcino, la piscina e il cibo!

  A Hidden Gem – Absolutely Worth Every Penny

  Views & Atmosphere: Breathtaking scenery in a peaceful, uncrowded, and relaxing environment. Rooms: Very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with excellent room and shower amenities. Pool: Beautiful and well-maintained swimming pool. Food: Fresh and delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff: Incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely worth the money and highly recommended!

  Ein ruhiger schöner Ort zum Entspannen

  Die Häuser sind sehr stillvoll eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig, sowie mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet (es gab sogar einen kleinen Schrank, was eher unüblich auf unserer Marokko Reise sonst gewesen ist). Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das angebotene Abendessen war sehr gut und reichlich, die Preise für Dinner fanden wir fair. Für uns war Tougya ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen nach unserer Reise durch Südmarokko. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sie liegt etwas in der Nähe einer Straße, das war uns aber bewusst beim Buchen und wir haben es in Kauf genommen. Wenn es aber stört, sollte dies bedenken.

  Die Sonne Anfang Juni war dann doch schon sehr intensiv tagsüber. Die Unterkunft bietet noch etwas zu wenig Schatten am Pool und auf dem Gelände, bsp. vorne am Haupthaus. Auch wenn es wohl schon mehr ist, als noch vor einem Jahr. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, dass uns direkt sehr liebevoll und unkompliziert geholfen wurde, als wir dies angesprochen haben und wir konnten am Ende dann doch im Schatten liegen. Daher nicht wirklich ein Grund zum Punkteabzug. Es gab wohl aber auch dieses Jahr einen Sturm, bei dem die Beschattung am Haupthaus zum Teil zerstört wurde, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe. Ich hoffe, dass es bald mehr schattige Plätze sowohl auf dem Gelände, als auch am Pool geben wird !
