    Homely, immaculate, tasty breakfast!

    This was such a lovely, clean and welcoming guest house. The room was immaculate with lots of little extras like a coffee machine, a drawer full of different choices of hot drinks and biscuits, fresh plush towels including a face cloth! Bottles of water, earplugs, phone chargers, a Dyson fan, and even a chocolate on your pillow! The breakfast had a wide range of choice and was cooked to perfection - loved the signing chef, brought a tear to my eye! Perfect location for peasholme park and the beach front. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back!

    Hardly anything just 2 teeny issues - the pillows were a bit lumpy and the shower pressure was very weak but just recommendations if anything!

    Lovely relaxing weekend with my mum, very hospitable hosts and enjoyed the singing at breakfast :)

    Ideal location for Peasholm Park and the open air theatre. Walkable from the train station. Excellent breakfast, Everything you required in the room, more than some 5 star hotels !!

    Everything was as described in the information about the hotel and the pictures were spot on

    Great B&B stay

    The hosts were so friendly and the room was immaculate, a great stay. B&B in a great location for the North Bay attractions, Peasholme park etc. We did not have breakfast so cannot rate this, overall a good experience.
