Right in the village. Room is clean and spacious. Overlooking pool, mountain and lake Tremblant.

It was ok, but we did not get what we paid for.
Great location. Room was nice and has what you need in the kitchen.
We wanted a hotel with a hot tub so we booked here, and found out 2 days before that it would be closed for repairs. We understand this happens, but there was no compensation or offer to cancel without penalty. Upon arrival, we were told that they upgraded our room, but for us it did not feel like an upgrade as it did not have what we were looking for. We wanted a room with 1 bed and a fireplace- that is what we booked. The upgraded room had a separate bedroom with 2 beds and the fireplace was in the living area. Although it was bigger, it was not the vibe we were going for for this special weekend. Also, we were told there would be a $160 damage charge on our credit card that would disappear within 2 weeks of checkout, but it was actually $490. I called to ask about it and the person was extremely rude about it.

I was informed only one day before my stay that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable due to maintenance. However, no refund or even an apology was offered. I believe the maintenance schedule must have been decided well in advance, so I find it disappointing that I was not informed earlier. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
