    Amazing value stay for family - best with older kids!

    loved the location, easy to talk to host, and facilities. The house is great and super well maintained and decorated

    The place is not ideal if you have a toddler - there are stairs and quite a few lovely but fragile things around that needed to be secured.

    An excellent property for a short stay in Kyoto. Very highly recommended

    This is an excellent place to stay in Kyoto. The location is walkable to public transport but in a quiet street. The accommodation is well laid out with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom, both of which are a decent size. Excellent communication with the host, who was understanding of our changing travel plans.

    It's a short walk from Tofukuji station, as well as a short walk to the bus stop. The neighborhood was very quiet and very walkable.
