    Worst Booking experience

Shared bathroom is two (for some three) floors downstairs and the sound isolation is very bad, you hear literally every move people make around you in the whole building. Kitchen is only surface clean, so if you actually use it, you'll notice a very dirty kitchet cloth and salt cellar, old sponge, chipped plates etc. Yet the worse part is the host. If you've ever heard of the bosnian hospitality and kindness, this man is the complete opposite of it. He criticized every little thing, like you arrived at a very unconvenient time (16h), you parked really badly (it was a bit to the left instead of centered in the garage), you didn't clean properly after yourselves (we accidently left one piece of clothes behind) etc. We came by car and parked in the garage of the facility, but were not allowed to drive it when we wanted. Instead, we had to inform him in advance when we plan to take off and come back, so that he can let us in and out of the garage (he didn't want to give us the garage key and said we were the first ones in 24 years to ask that...), therefore spantanious plans were impossible. Then he made us repark in another, very steep and narrow garage with a downward curve which resulted in damaging our car bumber and having it falling off by hitting the curb. We had to arrange the car mechanic visit ourselves to have it fixed. Since that experience felt overall more stressful than relaxing, we decided to leave few days earlier. When we were just about to leave, my boyfriend brought our luggage to the car, I went to take the refund money for the leftover days and the host started filming me without my permission. I told him to stop and delete the video, but he refused it and he physically attacked me and cursed me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. This man should be no one's first impression of Sarajevo and Bosnia.
