Very enjoyable, though a bit on the expensive side
We came by public transport, so it would have been much easier to find the property if the instructions had said that the front door of the property was just on the main road, right next to the bus stop, and in front the Edinburgh Arms pub. Instead we walked to the car park at the back and found it quite difficult to find No. 56 as it is not numbered at the back. That was quite annoying.

Very central location great for getting to places
Great location , size was perfect for us, facilities great
We felt it could have been a bit cleaner , floors were dusty and looked as though not been brushed from previous user

Really lovely long weekend. Great accomodation
Loved the location and the hosts were easy to contact. Easy walk to main York and excellent transport links. Lovely flat with comfortable beds and great cooking facilities. Quirky items to look at nice decor
I can't say there was anything I really didn't like as met our needs. Like other travellers would suggest non -slip mat in shower . Some cleaning products for kitchen use would be handy just for general cleaning up after ourselves.

In between letting, someone should check the apartment .
Convenient location
Master bedroom, sheet’s didn’t smell fresh. On arrival, apartment smelt of a cooked breakfast. Apartment not aired. No fan in bathroom. Initially no hot water. It had been switched off .
