    The young lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

    I was surprised that this hotel is rated 4 stars, as my experience did not meet the standards I expected. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The mirrors were dirty, there was dust around the room, and bedding wasn't clean. Even the coffee cup had not been washed properly. These are basic hygiene standards that I would expect any hotel, especially a 4-star hotel, to maintain. The location was also quite far from where I needed to be. However, I accept that I should have checked the location more carefully before booking, so I take responsibility for that part. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleaning procedures. A 4-star rating should reflect not only the facilities but also the cleanliness and comfort provided to guests.
