All guests over the age of 18 years of age are required to show ID, usually photographic, upon arrival at the hotel. The name, address, DOB and passport information, where applicable for all non-UK passport holders, is stored in the hotel’s property management system for the purposes of confirming your booking/stay. It is not shared with any 3rd party unless for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual agreement between Blue Orchid and the guest/s. *For children under the age of 18, who are permitted to stay when accompanied by an adult, ID is not required. However, their names MUST be added to the registration card by the adult completing the registration card details.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
