    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

    N/A

After making the payment online, the host disappeared did not respond to any calls or emails. Consequently, I had to get in touch with booking customer service to find another location, which meant I had to pay extra money for a new reservation. I also need to submit the extra invoice to claim the additional costs.

We made a late reservation and the owner helped us out through the phone to arrive at the property.
