    Lastnik je zelo prijazen, hitro odziven na vsa vprašanja. Apartma je zelo čist in prijeten, kuhinja ima vse potrebno za pripravo kakšnega hitega obroka. Apartma se nahaja v strogem mestnem jedru, do železniške postaje, ki vodi direkt do letališča je le 10 minut hoje. Zelo zadovoljna.

    Overbooking della struttura e nessun supporto concreto.

    Sono stato lasciato senza alloggio per overbooking del proprietario. Ma cosa ancora più grave, invece di darmi un minimo di supporto per risolvere, dato che la colpa era tutta sua, mi ha chiamato solamente per dirmi di cancellare io la prenotazione e cercami io una soluzione. Da lì in poi ha smesso di rispondermi su WhatsApp e non ha mai risposto qua sui messaggi privati della piattaforma. Ho perso una giornata di lavoro, ore al telefono con Booking per farmi rimborsare il soggiorno già pagato, oltre avermi fatto saltare il giorno seguente che era quello del mio compleanno. Sicuramente ultima prenotazione anche attraverso Booking, che mi ha scaricato con 60 euro di buono. Tutto veramente assurdo. Segnalerò alle autorità competenti.

    Lasciato in città ad arrangiarmi, all’ultimo momento, per overbooking.
