Отличное местоположение. Тихо Очень большая площадь квартиры. Высокие потолки. Рояль
Полотенца и постельное бельё требуют обновления для использования стиральной машины не было моющих средств на кухне нет полотенца на улицу при дожде лучше не выходить - слякоть и грязь всё перекопано идут ремонтные работы

Квартира необычная. Такая старая профессорская квартира. Наверное не всем подойдёт. Не типичное арендуемое жилье. Но много места. Воздуха.

Good location and pretty big for the price.
Location was very good, apartment was big, and air conditioning worked well.
No water for 24 h due to construction on Rustaveli Ave, but two 5 L water bottles were supplied in lieu. Initial apartment allocated wasn't the one in the photos and didn't have a washing machine, but was able to swap into the correct one after asking.

An amazing stay in a beautiful, centrally located apartment with a wonderful host
This is truly an amazing apartment, located right in the city centre. My mother and I were absolutely impressed by the interior and it looks exactly like in the photos! All the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming, always in contact, and happy to help with any questions.
There is no private parking. However, you can find free parking further up the street.

Amazing apartment!! Looked just like in the pictures and we felt like living in a palace. There was a washing machine and the owner was super quick to respond to all of our questions
