    Great value for money.

    Great central location, very convenient for the train station and town centre. 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus. Comfy beds in one of the twin rooms. Towels and bedding provided and the house was clean. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Free WiFi. Free parking.

    We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The pub just over the road was noisy with loud music on the Saturday night past 11 so we had to sleep with the windows closed. It wasn’t too much of an issue for us as the weather was cooler but I’d imagine it might be a bit of a problem for some in hot weather.

    Location is great, it was clean and as advertised. It did exactly what I needed it to do.

    The heating was sub optimal, ants could be spotted in the kitchen and the living room was not comfy, tv too high for such small room, couch very cheap and not comfy. It's a place to sleep, cook and eat, but not to hang. Which was honestly fine for what we needed.
