    Disappointing stay—great location, but poor cleanliness and communication

    Location central and accessible to key amenities

    ​While the location was great, the property itself was poorly maintained and visibly unclean. There was hair left in the shower and on the duvet cover, the fridge had not been wiped down, and the bin lacked a lid. ​We also encountered several practical issues: ​Electrical/Amenities: The socket for the kettle kept tripping the power, forcing me to move it around to find a working outlet. The Wi-Fi details displayed in the kitchen were incorrect. ​Check-in/Directions: The postcode provided led roughly 7 miles away from the actual property. Despite both my Uber driver and me confirming the error, the host refused to believe there was an issue and was unhelpful. ​Overall, the lack of cleanliness and dismissive customer service made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here until these standards are addressed.
