The property was a great size. 3 very comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen . It has a large sitting room with a dining area for 8 people. We hired a car and had the use of the underground parking garage. Ideally located for day trips and not a long walk to the beach and restaurants.
There was nothing we didn't like.

La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos del centro de Marbella. Es una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar sin ruidos. En cuanto a la casa, estaba todo muy limpio, con camas cómodas, y una terracita con bbq genial si quieres echar un rato al aire libre. Destacar la amabilidad de Borja, siempre atento por si necesitábamos algo.

De bedden, de ruimte en de locatie.
Te weinig tuinmeubilair, de staat van de inbouwapparatuur in de keuken en de keukenuitrusting (hoeveelheid bestek, bakjes en schaaltjes). Allemaal zaken die voor een redelijk klein bedrag op te lossen zijn.

Not even a 3 star
The main bedroom bed was comfortable. the unit was stocked with laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Also basic kitchen items were supplied. The location is pretty good and quiet but a bit of a walk from old town.
There is no way this is a 5 star property and I seriously question the rating and how anyone would rate it as such. The floors throughout the unit were stained and chipped. the main bathroom sink was stained and chipped and the top was coming off. The entire place needed a serious deep cleaning. Many of the doors were "swollen" and would not open and close. Worst of all, there was intermitent hot water. When we complained, a handiman showed up immediately but the fix was temporary and it didn't last despite the position of the host otherwise.

De locatie was heel goed, heel mooi ingericht en zeker groot genoeg voor 6 volwassenen. Vlakbij het strand, winkels en openbaar vervoer.
Eigenlijk geen minpuntje kunnen bedenken
