Amazing staff in a superb location
The staff were amazing! Fernando at reception was very helpful with check-in and recommendations. The cleaning staff (I didn't get her name) was friendly and helpful as well, plus always cheerful and smiling. During my stay I needed to go to the police station (nothing to do with the hotel) and they took me there and helped me resolve my issue. Definitely made me feel looked after. Absolutely 11 out of 10 for service! The bakery where breakfast was served had very good croissant and delicious coffee latte.
As the hotel is in a converted apartment, the sound proofing can be a bit lacking. Luckily we did not encounter too many loud tourists during our stay. The wifi was patchy but it was not a big issue. There was a lift in the building (a must for my travel companion) but there were also three steps up from the main entrance. Not an issue for my companion but just to flag it for others.
