My stay was excellent. The staff was professional and polite and very kind, the room was clean and lovely and there were no issues with cleaning or payments or anything else. All in all, an excellent stay at an excellent place with excellent staff. If my next visit to the area is near here, I'll most likely stay here again!
A tiny note about a thermostat that was a little up-and-down at times but mostly functioned well and a tv remote with buttons I had to press very hard. Those are extremely minor issues that does not take away from the fact that the stay was great.

Stayed here for 2 weeks during temp displacement, it’s WONDERFUL
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks, because we were displaced from our apartment due to water damage from an upstairs unit. We stayed on the 4th floor. It was quiet pretty much the entire time. We made many home-cooked meals in our room thanks to The kitchen. I would frequently walk to the train station, which was only a 15 minute walk and take it into downtown. It was only minutes away from Sam’s Club, Walmart, H-E-B, etc. The staff was always so nice and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was always hot and delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed our extended stay here, and frequently talk about how much we miss the hotel, even though it was under extenuating circumstances that we were there in the first place. Considering the amount of time we were there, I would venture to say it was probably one of the best hotel stays that we’ve ever had.

Good.
Went for a kpop concert and wasn’t too far from the venue, all the stores and mall was also just a few minutes away.
