    Decent for the money and convenience of surrounding attractions.

    The location of the hotel was ideal for our family trip to Crayola experience.

    Upon arrival the front desk informed us that the pool was not open due to it needing to be cleaned and that they had hoped that it would be ready the following day in the afternoon. We chose this hotel because of the pool so we were disappointed at first. We arrived to our room and at cost it had an odd smell but we got over that. The air conditioning made a loud noise when turned on and we needed to turn it to 62 to have it kick on and then you could adjust it. The tv in the children’s room or the adjacent room don’t work and when I informed front desk they said maintenance could come following morning. The following morning no one came and we were able to fix it ourselves. The shower drain went down slower and I had to manually lift the drain in order don’t to go down. Furniture was outdated and the beds were extremely bouncy it felt like when I would turn over into bed that I was on a trampoline.
