    Terrible Experience

    Traveling for the government with appropriate ID. They placed me in Room 313, right next to the “water heater”. Not only was it loud, but the entire room vibrated. Requested a change and they denied the request and would not budge! Ended up getting a refund! Careful where you stay, you never know where they’ll put you!

    We will always look for a TownPlace Suite when we travel

    Very nice, clean, light & bright .... staff was personable and efficient. The TV in the main bedroom wasn't working. The attendant came and made her best attempt at repairing it, she did get it to turn on, just couldn't get the volume to adjust. That was our one and only issue and your employee did her best to accommodate. Thank you, this was our first experience staying with TownPlace and it won't be our last.
