    It was disappointing at best

    The room was close to an elevator

    They switched my room from a two room suite to a very small king room. I could’ve gotten a king room anywhere in Shreveport. The front desk person lied to me. I know I booked a suite. It was changed without my being aware of it.

    Comfortable and good value.

    The staff was welcoming and amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

    Just the proximity to Frwy because of noise. And not having automatic doors.
