    A short and enjoyable stay.

It was easy to get into, the parking lot was easy to navigate, the hotel itself was well laid out. Breakfast was on time, everything was well stocked. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and helpful.

I think the cleaning staff could’ve been a little more thorough with the carpet and edges.

Nice Outdoor patio space - flowers make a difference and first floor room ceiling was high, felt spacious

Overall aesthetic and initial reception was very good; the room was well equipped and had a stocked kitchenette.

I was very disappointed with the dog fee of $75 and an additional fee of $20 on top of our stay... with double the taxes, the cost was well over $100 for my single dog to stay with us for one night. I have stayed at other hotels and they typically charge $50 per evening and do not separate the charge to double up on the taxes. I travel at least twice a year from Florida to New York with my canine and partner for work; if this is standard practice for this hotel brand, I will be looking to stay elsewhere.
