Overpriced, dumpy, with a convenient location.
It’s one of few options in the north loop on a quiet street
Built to a low spec, this building never stood a chance from the get-go and has aged poorly, showing signs at every turn. The walls are painted drywall, some areas poorly patched, some not at all. The shower curtain sags, and the curtain along with it, causing water to flood out of the fiberglass tub with a loose fixture onto the vinyl floor to the vinyl floorboards. The toilet: short, the seat: loose. There is no exhaust fan. The room is almost comically out of date with brown full grain faux wood doors and cabinets, vinyl faux wood flooring, past era textured walls, and 1990s brown granite countertops. The stove is electric coil. The windows don’t open and the layout confused, all with a lingering odor of Febreze. It’s the sort of place you’d expect to find for $75 along the interstate somewhere between Fargo and Bismarck. The gym is a few treadmills that would fit inside an average storage unit, which could also be said for the pool, which has views of the dumpster and a back alley. Breakfast: why does a place with no business serving food insist on serving breakfast? The results are predictable when you don’t have a real kitchen. The fact that the floors are carpeted, and the refrigerator door opens in a way that makes it impossible to actually open the door set one’s expectations. Somehow, the location allows them to command $200 a night, but you’d be far better off for much less just a few blocks east of here in downtown.

It was a great hotel! Breakfast was good!
Loved that it felt like a little apartment!
I feel like the outside picture is very misleading. Where the fence is there’s just an alleyway random people are walking through.

You’re touching all the cool bars in North Loop and somehow a it’s still quiet on one side of the building. Worst decora
Amazing location
Everything was really old like really really old. And the formations feng shui of the rooms are awful.. They were such awkward shapes.
