    Clean and comfortable room in the not good location

    The room was clean, the facilities are good

    The location was not great, and the deposit been refunded after contacted the property and even contacted the booking ‘s customer service.

    Super posizione e rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buona!

    L’hotel è in una buona posizione a 10 min a piedi dalla metropolitana che con 5 fermate ti porta a Times Square. La zona è un po’ particolare ma non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo. La colazione è buona anche se un po’ ripetitiva. La camera è pulita, non molto grande per 5 persone (eravamo 2 adulti e 3 bambini) ma vivibile con una mini cucina (lavandino, frigo, lavastoviglie e solo microonde). Acqua e caffè sempre disponibile gratuitamente all’entrata ed è possibile farsi consegnare il delivery all’entrata dell’hotel. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.

    Nulla di importante, magari variare un pochino la colazione e un mini piano a induzione per cucinare qualcosa.
