Terrible experience, poor service, freezing showers and absolutely not worth the money.
Unfortunately, there was nothing about this hotel that stood out as a positive experience. The stay was extremely disappointing.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible, with very limited options and the same awful turkey sausage every morning. Disney-shaped food doesn’t make up for the poor quality. The shower was freezing cold throughout our stay, even after we complained several times. Other guests were experiencing the same problem. Some reception staff were extremely rude. I personally witnessed a receptionist treating an elderly woman who didn’t speak English very poorly. I had to step in and help her using a translator. The parking was ridiculously expensive despite having no security. Overall, the hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

Great Stay Overall!
I had a great experience at this hotel! The accommodations were nice, and having breakfast included was a wonderful bonus that added value to my stay. The only downside was the parking fee, which was over $25 per night. I felt that was a little expensive for hotel guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the included breakfast. With more reasonable parking rates, the experience would have been even better! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
