    Extremely clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms I've been in while in Tucson.

    Hoping Our Next Stay Will Be A Better One!!!

    Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved how our room had a kitchenette which included pots, pans, mugs, glasses, plates, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and towelettes. My room requests were fully met, which is always a plus. The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of different items to choose from. The pool was heated and pool area was comfortable to sit at and enjoy the night.

    Some of the front desk staff were snobby and rude. There was no sound (volume not working) coming out from the TV and lightbulb was burnt from the lamp. All weekend long, maintenance employee did not show up to fix these issues, which was extremely disappointing. I was not able to watch TV all weekend long and I was NOT happy about that at all!!!
