actual stay was good but entry through security is horrible
the house is spacious with complete amenities; my children & grandchildren loved it
the entry through the security gate was horrible; the security was very very rude; when my daughter & son in law joined us a day after we checked in, they were denied entry for allegedly not on the registration list. I was called to the gate to add them but when I went, they tefused to talk to me & continued to berate my son in law; when I called management, nobody answered the phone; response came more than an hour later by then my daughter have to go to another hotel. Management apologized later but too late.
