    Location was good

There were things that were broken .There were ants on the kitchen counters . Had to buy ant traps. Too many steps

All in all, we were basically satisfied with our three-day stay.

Excellent location, very closed to Broadway and beach. Enough parking lots and convenient.

The carpets, chairs, sofas, and some bed covers were quite dirty. The air conditioner intake vent next to the dining table had a significant buildup of dust (which could easily be resolved with a quick vacuuming). There are no toilet paper holders in any of the restrooms.

    Location and overall value.

The handyman let his self in the unit the day we were checking out without knocking.
