Wie nach Hause kommen in Berlin Charlottenburg
Wie immer, super nettes Personal, tolle Lage, schöne Betten, tolle Ausstattung. Schöner Balkon. Sehr familiäre, nette Atmosphäre. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl dort, es ist immer ein bißchen wie nach Hause kommen.
Ausstattung der Küche könnte verbessert werden.

Das Preis ist durch die Leistungen nicht gerechtfertigt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und alle Annehmlichkeiten von Charlottenburg sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer zum Hof war zudem sehr ruhig
Wir hatten ein Zimmer der teuersten Kategorie, die Möbel waren zum Teil abgewohnt und beschädigt. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war dürftig, es gab für zwei Personen kein ausreichendes Besteck. Ein Zimmerservice erfolgt erst ab 4 Nächten, wenn man also „nur“ ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 3 Nächten hat, werden Verbrauchsartikel nicht nachgefüllt. Zudem findet man im gesamten Zimmer keinen Hinweis darauf, dass alle Informationen, die ggf. benötigt werden, nur online zugreifbar sind.
