Fantastic apartment
"An absolutely fantastic apartment! It is incredibly spacious, spotless, and comfortably fits up to 12 people. The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, there is a bus stop right in front of the property, and getting to the train station is super easy. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of utensils, a dishwasher, and even a rice cooker, which is perfect for Asian travelers. Each bedroom is very large with plenty of space to fully open big suitcases, and the heaters kept us perfectly warm throughout our stay. As a wonderful bonus, the property features a massive lawn with stunning views of the mountains in the background. We even loved watching paragliders fly by every single day! If we ever have the chance, we will definitely stay here again!"
The only minor downsides were that the bathrooms were quite small, though the water pressure was excellent. Also, the electrical outlets are Swiss-style, so future guests should definitely bring a universal adapter.

Great value accommodation for a big family or group travelling together
Excellent location. Short walk into the centre of Interlaken and nice supermarket and bakery located close by. Very good value accommodation for a big family travelling together. Bed linen and bathrooms were clean and having two bathrooms was great for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids travelling together. Lovely view of from the balcony of the forest behind the house and paragliders sailing down from the mountain. Short drive to lake to Brienzsee for swimming and access to alpine activities in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen.
Would have been good to have fans in the lounge room and the kitchen (they were provided in the bedrooms) as it was very hot when we were there.

Pleasant stay at interlaken (early August 2026)
We had a wonderful stay in Interlaken. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the beautiful surrounding areas, including Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Jungfraujoch, and the stunning Swiss lakes and mountains. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and we really appreciated the overall experience. Interlaken itself is a fantastic base for exploring Switzerland, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation, and plenty of things to do. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Interlaken area. We would be happy to come back again! The owner was super quick in taking care of any needs and went above and beyond.
