Good layout, handy to beach, quiet.
Not fully cleaned (bathroom rubbish not cleared). Garage is narrow and hard to access, as neighbour parks car too close. Also, it was a bit skimpy on fairly basic amenities: e.g., not enough toilet paper for a week’s rental; no bathmat or hand towels in downstairs bathroom; bed sheets didn’t fit single beds.

A nice flat which more careful presentation would make excellent.
Good kitchen facilities. Adequate space. Lots of storage.
Bedding needed cleaning. Electric kettle was rusty and unusable. Garage access is very difficult; garage is too narrow to take a normal size car. Curtains are mouldy in places.
