    We loved the location and the style of the house.

    You could hear the people upstairs at night walking along the floorboards.

    Mixed experience — great location and responsive owner, but the property needs a thorough clean and better maintenance.

    The owner was friendly and responded quickly when we reported an issue. The location in North Ward is also very convenient, close to restaurants and activities.

    The cleanliness was poor: cockroaches in a drawer, crumbs in the toaster, a dirty fridge and dust everywhere. The renovation also felt very basic, as if everything had just been painted white.
