  We recently stayed at the Tra Vicoli e Palazzi Apartment and had an unforgettable experience. After nearly 24 hours of travel, our stress vanished upon arrival. Lucia had arranged our airport transfer, and instead of an impersonal lockbox, we were greeted in person by Lucia and her husband, Antonio, with warm hugs—just like visiting family. They walked us up for a tour, immediately showcasing their incredible hospitality. Tra Vicoli was exactly what we had hoped for: not a sterile rental, but an immaculately clean, charming home full of personality. We were delighted by thoughtful touches like cozy oversized robes, slippers, and towels wrapped in gold ribbons. The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruit, water, and a delicious lemon cake. We loved the three terraces, especially the one off the kitchen, which became our sanctuary for morning coffee and evening wine. With a fully equipped kitchen (complete with a Nespresso machine and Moka pot), a comfortable bed, and room-darkening curtains, we slept soundly every night. On our first night, Lucia and Antonio walked us through town, introducing us to friends and our favorite restaurant. We also met their wonderful son, Domenico, home from university. Both he and Lucia provided fantastic local recommendations. Communication was fun; we laughed often using Google Translate alongside our broken Italian and English. Throughout our stay, Lucia surprised us with fresh bread, homemade tiramisu, and even fresh fish she cooked for us! When our luggage got stuck in Rome for four days, we struggled to get help from the airport. Lucia and her family came to our rescue. They contacted a friend at the airport, and like magic, our bags arrived the next day. Lucia, Antonio, and Domenico even insisted on carrying the heavy bags upstairs for us—and back down upon our departure. Lucia’s genuine kindness made our stay in Tropea filled with beautiful memories. There is only one Lucia! We would surely stay with her again should we return

  This property is absolutely beautiful, perfect location in the centre and still very quiet beautiful views very clean, beds are very comfortable the washing machine is excellent too ! it has everything you need plus more I would stay here again for sure. Lucia the host goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. All the details and history in the apartment are a real delight. Highly recommended 5stars

  Casa dolce casa

  Es war für 2 Wochen unser kleines Zuhause. Lucia hat sich ab der Buchung bis zur Abreise liebevoll um alles gekümmert. Besser kann man es nicht haben. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet, von den 3 kleinen Balkonen kann man das Meer sehen. Man wohnt hier mitten in Tropea, gute Restaurants sind mit ein paar Schritten erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz am Stadtrand sollte man dazu buchen, falls man mit dem Auto anreist. Also, liebe Lucia. Wir danken dir und deiner Familie, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Wenn wir wieder nach Kalabrien kommen, dann nur zu euch.

  Skvelá poloha, čistý a priestranný apartmán s kompletným vybavením. Lucia bola výnimočná a vo všetkom nám vyšla v ústrety. Odporúčam každému návštevníkovi Tropei
