  Lovely apartment in a great location. Excellent hosts

  The hosts contacted before arrival with very clear checkin details, they also checked in during out stay to make sure everything was fine and if I needed to ask them anything they were very prompt giving helpful answers. It was easy to access the apartment. It was very clean and tidy and the apartment is presented/decorated very well. Aircon worked welll. They provided little welcome breakfast foods, coffee pods and wine which was a lovely touch. The location is very central and excellent for walking everywhere in the city. You couldn't hear noise at night. It was very good value for money. I would highly recommend staying here

  The entrance is a little funny through an inconspicuous door down a little side alley 20m off the main road, however dont let it put you off as the apartment is lovely. The area felt safe.

  Really well-appointed, clean, attractive property in a central part of Palermo. Ilva was easy to contact and helpful.

  Sometimes noisy — you could hear the neighbours upstairs.

  It’s a perfect place to fully enjoy Palermo!

  Staying here made our trip to Palermo even more comfortable and enjoyable. It might feel like a long walk when you get off the bus from the airport, but in reality, it’s very close to the Opera House and right in the city center. Finding the keys for the first time felt a bit like an escape room, and carrying our luggage was a little heavy, but the moment we opened the door, we couldn’t help but exclaim “Wow!” The hot shower made our trip so relaxing, and the house is spacious and lovely. The host, Ilva, was always quick to respond whenever we needed help and even recommended nearby places worth visiting. She was friendly all the time. This is highly recommended place!

  Nothing. If it’s a very minor issue, it was just some random noise coming from the bunk bed room upstairs. It was probably a temporary electrical work problem, but it was a little scary while sleeping :)

  Mit einer neuer Matratze und abfließenden Wasser für Paare ohne Kinder eine gute Wahl,

  Die Lage zur Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten war sehr gut. Auch die Küche und die Inneneinrichtung waren optisch sehr ansprechend. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut.

  Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich, auf der man kaum schlafen konnte und man Rückenschmerzen bekommen hat. Man war überhaupt nicht erholt vom Schlaf und hat sich so durch den Tag gequält. Das obere Zimmer ist direkt neben Wasser-Leitungen, die alle 60 sek laut arbeiten, was auch nicht erholsam ist. Leider war im Eingangsbereich des Wohnhauses alles stockfinster, da keine Beleuchtung vorhanden ist. Für Familien mit Kinderwägen ist ist es leider zudem äußerst schwierig in die Wohnung zu gelangen (das war aber eher unser eigenes Problem). Auch ist das Wasser im Waschbecken des Bades quasi gar nicht abgeflossen, was über die Tage echt nervig war und auch zu stinken begonnen hat.
