    The cottage was good but we would not book with Amos holidays again because of the complications

    Beautiful situation and views. Close to Beaumaris. Cottage well equipped, clean and spacious

    Only one toilet situated in the only bathroom. Totally inadequate for 4 adults. No toilet roll holder making access to toilet roll difficult. No teapot. Instead had to brew tea for 4 people in 4 separate mugs. Checking in procedure online was very complicated and confusing. References to Pin Code and Password were interchangeable, making completion of check in difficult. Constant reminders that if we had booked directly with Amos, instead of Booking.com, check in would be so much easier. The tel. helpline and email helpline were operated by AI, and we were just referred back to the website instructions. Instructions were 17 pages long, giving more details on the hot tub and sauna (which we did not have) than essential information on checking in.
