Terrible stay and accommodations
Staff wasn’t welcoming when we arrived. Front desk attendant did not greet us. She just slid us a box of pastries and gave us a room key. It felt like a cheap motel. The bed was as hard as a rock and did not have a comforter. When we asked for one, we were told that they don’t provide or have comforters — just top sheets for their beds.

Clean room and excellent staff

Well kept hotel with good complimentary breakfast offerings, fully equipped gym, pool and restaurant on a quiet street.

The property itself was very well maintained, and that was also extended to the rooms, not just the facade or communal areas. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and seated dining for 4. Ample closet and storage space. Great for families or extended stays.

Excellent option when visiting San Fernando - staff are fantastic, rooms are clean, and the general vibe around the pool and Trellis is great, especially when visiting with family & friends. Definitely making this our go-to.
