    Gute Kommunikation, easy Check in. Top Lage nah an der Altstadt. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Café, Einkaufen usw direkt erreichbar Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern. Klein aber funktional eingerichtet.

    1. Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Wir wurden vorher angerufen und informiert. Das war transparent. Der Vermieter kümmert sich, es gibt ein Trocknungsgerät (elektrischer Raumentfeuchter), welches gut funktioniert. Wenn es eingeschaltet ist, ist es angenehm. Sonst ist Geruch in der Wohnung. Die Feuchtigkeit führt auf Dauer zu Schimmel. Das kann gesundheitsgefährdend sein. Dringend viel Geld investieren, bevor die Wohnung nochmals vermietet wird! Das Problem muss professionell gelöst werden! 2. Die Halterung für die Dusche ist immer noch kaputt. Das ist schon von anderen Kommentaren bemängelt worden. Es kostet sehr wenig Geld, das zu reparieren. Warum wird das nicht gemacht? Alle müssen mit einer Hand duschen!

    Regret d’avoir choisi cet endroit pour plusieurs nuits

    L’emplacement et la possibilité de laisser nos bagages un peu plus longtemps

    La vétusté de l’appartement et surtout l’odeur d’humidité tenace et très gênante

    Minunat

    Mia plăcut foarte mult aspectul tradițional pe care îl avea apartamentul, copiilor le-a plăcut maxim, au toate cele necesare în bucătărie iar un punct forte este ca locația este aproape de Piață Sfatului la mai exact 10 minute de mers pe jos

    Ce nu mi-a plăcut este faptul ca atunci când afară plouă, plouă și în casă sau s-ar putea să fie o țeavă spartă de la baia de sus în rest totul a fost perfect.
