    Not impressed.

    Rough area, pillows were like pancakes flat. Check-in details not sent til 3.07pm when check-in is from 3pm. So didn’t set off on my 3hr journey til I got the details. Once there I couldn’t park my car in the carpark as it was padlocked. And code for the pedestrian gate did not open the gate. I was meant to be there from Sunday til Thursday but left first thing Monday morning..

    Bad management bad communication no room details given till hours or getting in touch and ignoring the customer

    It was tooo hot in the room The person managing didn’t give us the property details and it was already nearly 8pm we called four different phone number they provided the man wasn’t picking up then finally instead of picking the phone up he decided to text us the details. Instead of plastering us with essays he could have just simply gave us the important details we needed at the time of our stay such as access to the lock box first as I was stranded with a four month baby. We ended up getting a parking ticket because we were in such a hurry to take our baby in to our room after a long drive so we can change his nappy. This was bad service I would never book with this person again.

    Clean, spacious, great location & friendly hosts!

    The property was clean, well laid out & had everything I needed! The addition of the kitchenette was great & I used this throughout my trip. Loved the rainfall shower & the shampoo, soap & moisturiser were a nice added touch also! Was a 5 minute walk to a cinema & located within walking distance of town centre with shops and eateries.
