Ryan from Tran Family Hotel was so helpful. He gave us information re attractions in the city, let me use the computer to do some work, and gave us some lovely pottery gifts after our stay. Beautiful swimming pool, hotel room was very comfortable, modern and clean. 5minute walk from the old town. Would highly recommend!

I like it. Wouldn't mind spending days here anytime in the future
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially mr. Ryan - the manager who is really supportive and advise us from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay now Hoi An. I can't wait to go back! The location was convenient, and the overall stay was pleasant.
