    Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Ambiance familiale avec le petit Chicken toujours là pour vous guider jusqu'à la piscine. Possibilité de louer des scooters facilement depuis l'hôtel. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent se reposer et profiter des infrastructures avec une très belle vue. Chambre confortable avec salle de bains privative outdoor (attention aux araignées) Petit déjeuner très bien

    Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est loin de la ville, des restaurants et des activités touristiques : prévoir un moyen de transport ! Chambre peu isolée phoniquement

    Relaxed and recharged with 5-star service

    The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We like that the accomodation is surrounded by the mountains. The communication was transparent from back home to throughout our stay. The area was flooded and the manager was quick to remediate the issue. We got to stay at their sister resort Lamia Bamboo Retreat. Highly recommend both places.
