    I was particularly impressed by the staff, who answered all my questions promptly—so thank you very much for that. I also liked the location; it was very convenient for getting to any part of the city, and the little house itself was quite clean.

    The biggest downside of the place was the loud noise in the mornings—from cars or other sources—meaning sound carried very easily; there were also one or two cockroaches, which came as an unpleasant surprise. However, I wish you success and prosperity.

    Very disappointed. The lower bedroom is uncomfortably hot in September and would be uninhabitable in the height of summe

    The location

    The second bedroom is like a dungeon. There is no air conditioning, the wallpaper is peeling off and it is musty. The owners are obviously aware as all the advertising pictures are of the top bedroom and none of the basement bedroom.
