Not the way I planed to celebrate Father's Day weekend! Embarrassed
This was totally unacceptable. We had plans for a fun holiday weekend for Father's day! I was going to prepare a special meal for all the father's to enjoy. The kitchen was a nightmare. The garbage disposal didn't work, the sink kept stopping up- draining very slow, the dishwasher had very stale water standing in the bottom and had been leaking onto the carpet in the kitchen & dining area, couldn't get hot water at the kitchen sink. I was so embarrassed . We had very heavy rains for 2 days and the sliding glass door leaked so the carpet by the door was all wet. The oven should have been cleaned. I my opinion the carpet need to be taken out ...not sanitary at all. I'm sure full of bacteria from the nasty dishwasher stale water. The sofa was very stained and dirty and didn't really feel comfortable setting on it. The bathrooms and bedrooms where comfortable and clean. I have requested to get my money back !!!

Overall decent, needs better managment, would stay again.
Pool was good, clean and large pier was great caught plenty of fish bed was good
manager did not call back ever and did not help with ANY issues Ac broke toilets were tiny most lights needed new bulbs upstairs shower had no light and exposed wires hanging kitchen was microscopic hardly any kitchenware Upstairs was HOT needed to buy a fan to keep it cool ac did not blow very hard

Location
Upstairs shower was not in order with the light fan etc. Wires were exposed Carpet was VERY dirty, our feet were black. The furniture had stains allover it so we covered it with blankets. , the kitchen was so small we couldn't cook like we planned to and it was listed that it had laundry which is why we chose it and there wasn't any
