A really well-refurbished and well-maintained property. Very clean. Lots of nice touches, which we will learn from ourselves as owners of holiday lets. Perfect location for our purpose, but also perfect for anyone wanting a break on the coast in Cumbria and a short distance from key places in the lake district

A good location to base exploration of the area, ie into the lakes district, and the coast.
Very clean and well presented place, comfortable and warm. facilities great and seemingly a good neighborhood. Easy access to main highway and central town centre.
