    Es war ein rundum schönes Haus.

    Leider war es preislich ein wenig hoch, aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

    The property made a great base for such a memorable family holiday!

    Everything! Spacious and in pristine condition. The swimming pool area was superb for relaxing after a day of exploring SW Florida

    Stay away from the place - disgusting!

    The only thing positive is the size of the pool. In general you are better off to dtay away!

    It is run down, dirty and in general a joke. Location is terrible with construction all around and you are pretty much between houses all not really cared for. The blinds were dirty that you are not sure what germs you catch when trying to pull down (and it wouldn‘t even work). The bathrooms are ~30 years old and nothing been updated neither maintaned since then (maybe bad paint at some point). It does not help to put some new furniture in the living room and bedroom to pretend this is a good place to stay. Open wires coming out of walls. Dirty cabinets so we ended up bying paper plates and plastic silverware. Do not get blindsided by the pictures, they absolutely do not tell the truth about the place neither the good reviews. We have been to Florida so many times, there are better places for similar prices. Just don‘t make the same stupid mistake like us! Cannot add more pictures of how bad this is….
