  Unpleasant

  The Condition of the apartment, it gives you the feeling that generally theres a grandma living in it from how its furnished that left for a few days whenever they rent it on booking, when you enter the apt the first thing we saw were leftover deodorants without caps and shampoos randomly positioned on a small counter in the hallway that you can see in the pictures (without the items). Then again in the fridge some leftover jar of jam and a shelf filled with very old salt and other stuff. The Bathroom was smelling as if hasn't been flushed for a long time and is simply not convenient. You basically shower literally in front of the toilet seat, after showering the whole bathroom is wet since theres no seperation between shower area and rest of the bathroom (the "shower curtain" is too short so water is basically just spreading on the floor). Theres was a mop randomly in the "shower area". In order to have the entrance door closed you had to lock by key every time, just closing it doesnt work as it would just open. Of course the heating didnt work and it was a bit cold at night (luckily weather in Sofia was relatively good) Im sorry to say but such an apartment regardless of different standards in countries shouldnt be commercialized, especially not for such a price, it really gave the impression as if someones puts very low effort in it, and uses it air bnb wise when they are not there, taking 90-100€/night for this is not okay. You could see it was cleaned but the condition is simply not clean as theres mold and dried dirt in bathroom and door corners, also we had to get rid of 2 cockroach-typish insects. I know some things can sporadically happen but the addition of all those things just doesnt give you a pleasant feeling and should not be rented, it clearly doesnt get much attention from the owner and needs repairing/renovations before being rented. Also, It looked like someone forgot to put stuff in place.

  Стан је простран, близу центра, уредан и простран за четворо одраслих. Имали смо пријатан боравак.

  Купатило је веома мало, без туш кабине, што није баш згодно.
