    I ended up booking a separate hotel due to poor communication.

    I didn’t see the property. It looks nice in the pictures.

    I didn’t like that at the very last minute when I tried to get check-in information I was told I had to e- transfers a $300 deposit at the last minute. There was no credit card option for this so I rechecked the reviews of this place and noted all the times they had not returned The deposit. This is poor communication. It did not seem trustworthy enough to spend the 300.

    It’s not the bargain you think it is - beware.

    Convenient location, stayed for a few weeks while my condo was under renovation. Inside was clean.

    Noise from upstairs can be unbearable, as floors are creaky and echo every footstep. People walking above the bedroom will wake you up. Batteries for door lock need to be replaced every 4 days. Laundry is costly and you have to pay for more time than you need or the doors to the machines will lock and you can’t get your laundry out without paying more. Wifi is slow and inconsistent - used my phone instead. The property owner will keep your damage deposit without an itemized receipt. He first claimed the same excuse another client review stated about dog feces in the yard, but the yard was either muddy or covered in dandelions and my dog wouldn’t go out there so I walked her outside the property. He then claimed that extra cleaning was needed despite the fact that I cleaned everything and washed floors before I left, using supplies I purchased myself. After I stated this, he hung up on me and did not reply to messages. Do not trust this owner. I finally left and found a far better property through VRBO.
