    Ein angenehmes, kleines Appartement für zwei Nächte, das ich mit Vorbehalt empfehlen kann.

    Es war eine ruhige und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und angelegt. Sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und für zwei Nächte ausreichend Platz (Kasten fehlt), eine Woche würde ich allerdings nicht hier wohnen wollen. Gut erreichbar, klare Angaben für den Zugang zur Wohnung und gute Lage bzgl. Infrastruktur.

    Es war eigenartig, über die personenbezogenen Daten über checkin machen zu müssen und die ortsüblichen Gebühren deshalb höher waren als von Booking.com angegeben. Außerdem gab es zu wenig Behälter für die Mülltrennung, den man selbst entsorgen sollte. Die Wäsche musste man selbst in die Waschmaschine werfen und diese anschließend aktivieren obwohl keine Gebrauchsanleitung vorhanden war. Ebenso das Geschirr. Es war auch bereits benütztes Geschirr noch in der Spülmaschine.

    Overall, the location of the apartment is quite good, and the check-in procedure was explained clearly and in detail, which I appreciated. However, my experience was affected by several issues. The owner required payment for damage insurance, which felt unreasonable given the condition of the apartment. There were already many shortcomings: the TV was not working, and the dryer was also out of order. Additionally, the kitchen furniture was not in the best condition. The most disappointing part was the dryer. I specifically chose this apartment expecting to be able to wash and dry my clothes, but in the end, I had to leave with a bag of wet laundry. Considering these issues, I find it hard to understand why I was required to pay extra for insurance when so many things in the apartment were not functioning properly.
