Una experiencia increíble en familia!
Excelente estadía para grupos y familias! 🌴✨ Fuimos toda mi familia (15 personas) a Tranquilidad Resort y la experiencia fue de 10/10. Desde la reserva ágil con Milena hasta la atención de Steven, el dueño, quien fue supergentil, detallista y flexible con nosotros. Los bungalows de 8 y 6 personas son muy cómodos y limpios. La playa está a solo 50 metros y regala atardeceres increíbles. ¡Muy agradecidos por todo, sin duda volveremos! 🌅👏
Todo perfecto, la playa es hermosa y está a solo 50 metros (solo hay que tener cuidado con el oleaje fuerte)

Did not stay here due to poor communication
We did not stay at this location because nobody was at reception to greet us and we could not communicate due to not having WiFi access or cell service.
Nobody was at reception to greet us, there was zero cell service, and we did not receive the WiFi login information until after we left the resort to go back to Quepos and find a different place to stay. All the information should have been provided well before 2 hours prior as the location has no cell service to receive that information. Additionally, the staff informed us rather late that they were unable to process credit cards and to please bring cash.

Erholsame Tage am Strand
Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, direkt am Strand. Menschenleer und man kann lange Spaziergänge unternehmen. Auch mit der Anlage waren wir zufrieden. 2 Poolbecken (einer zum Schwimmen, ca. 1,40 m tief und 1 kleiner Runder zum Verweilen oder für die Kinder, da die Wassertiefe nur ca. 1 m ist). Ein Ballplatz, wo die Kinder gerne Fußball und Basketball gespielt haben. Unser Bungalow war einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück frisch. Es gab Pancakes oder Gallo Pinto mit Rührei und Kochbananen. Einmal haben wir Vormittags einen Ausflug gemacht und konnten nicht am Frühstück in der Anlage teilnehmen. Daher haben sie uns am Vorabend Pancakes gebacken und geschnittene Früchte gebracht, die wir am frühen Morgen schon verspeißen konnten. Sehr nett.
Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber war gepflegt und soweit in Ordnung. Die Straßenhunde sind ein wenig nervig. (Sie gehen von Grundstück zu Grundstück und streunern.) Alle lieb und gehen auch gleich weiter. Aber unser 2 Jähriger hat sich jedesmal sehr erschrocken.

La zona y el hotel tienen potencial, pero hace falta una buena reforma.
Cucarachas en la ducha, falta de limpieza. No se cómo Booking anuncia este hotel.
