We were absolutely charmed by the magnificent view of the ocean, the beach and the sound of the waves.
The magnificent view of the ocean and the beach was absolutely wonderful. You could also hear the sound of the waves that is definitely a plus to this apartment. The building has an elevator which is greatly appreciated and a private parking also. Jaoã is extremely helpful when you need help with something. Also, the cleaning staff comes every week, changes the bed and does a great job!
The expandable door key is very hard to shorten and makes it difficult and stressful when you arrive to the apartment the first time.

The location and view from the apartment was excellent
The apartment is old and in an old block with poor lighting. The wiring in the apartment is old and may be dangerous. One of the apartments on the floor below is undergoing renovation and the incessant noise begins shortly after 8am each morning as the kango hammers begin theIr day!. When I made the apartment agent aware of the situation, l was told that my only option was to move out! I was there for a few days to get some rest and catch up on some work. I could not stay in the apartment during the day as the noise was unbearable. Despite reporting this situation to booking.com, the apartment management have flatly refused anything by way of a refund.
