    liked the cleanliness and decoration. Good equipment in the kitchen too.

    Windows were terribly sealed, we would hear ambulances all night long. The sofa for the third guest was incredibly uncomfortable. A suggestion, take you own plugs for charging devices if you’re an international guest.

    I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A few hours before we arrived, the owner messaged us saying the sofa bed was broken. He offered us an inflatable mattress, which we refused, and he repaired the sofa with two wooden legs that are completely useless (the sofa is far too small for an adult). It's on the third floor with very steep stairs. The windows are made of old wood that let in the cold and excessive street noise, making it very difficult to sleep. Maintenance is practically nonexistent: the shower seal is broken, the floor is deteriorated, the windows are very dirty... And yet, the owner demands a deposit for damages, which he doesn't use to fix them. It's far from the city center; the bus takes 25 minutes. A very negative experience.
